I practically never frequent this store.
Today, in the 15 minutes I was there, I witnessed two disagreements between the same cashier, a short lady. In the first case, a disagreement between a customer, who remained polite the entire time, and the cashier whose name, unfortunately, I didn't get because she had her badge turned around, but was completely altered.
5 minutes later a good-looking citizen with a 1 year old baby + or - on his lap, who upon arriving at the CX went to ask why he was photographed by the same lady at the CX, the same one from the previous confusion.
Suddenly a security guard appears and starts telling him to lower his voice in a threatening tone.
I don't know what happened in either case. In the second situation I intervened because I saw a small child on the boy's lap and in the midst of the confusion and at the age of 72 I decided to ask everyone to calm down.
What I noticed was a total lack of attention to my requests.
So I went out and said I would write to you, when I heard from security and cx, in a challenging tone, do what you want.
I'll just go back there to see if they're still there being rude to customers.
